When I voice something, I put myself into the situation. How would I feel? What would I do? How would I react if it really were happening to me?
To get into character, I use my imagination and sometimes, real life situations. For example, I do have a soy intolerance and used that frustration to voice part of my own commercial voice over demo.
Painful stuff? I go there. Scary stuff? I go there? Joy...I'm there. You get it. Oh and I'm fantastic at those mommy guilt reads. HA!
